This site is the home of music from Gary Preston. I've got a range of groups from my solo harmonica and piano work, to the duo Preston & Bonkowski, the Gary Preston Band, and the KingmiXers - all playing real music - based on blues and R&B, but covering a wide range of styles.

Come on down to Pagliacci's on alternate Wednesdays to enjoy Shades of Preston & Bonkowski - a trio with David Schade doing alternate Wednesdays - next one is January 18th. Come on down and support a legendary downtown restaurant, and a wide range of fun music to nosh along with.

AND the fine folks at MyBar on the Gorge are now doing weeknight music, starting in February. look for Preston & Bonkowski on alternate Wednesdays at 7:30 - we start Wednesday Feb 8.

Memphis and New Orleans were terrific - lots and lots of great music and food, and hugs to Jesse, Patrick, Wayne and Karen for showing us such a good time. Jammed the blues in Memphis, but just jammed my tummy in New Orleans.

Anita and I are working on a new album, and it's coming along nicely. As per many requests, it will include the "Drive Granny" song; you can get out your steering wheel and horn and sing along with us.
